Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with ZYRAS! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Returns Within 14 Days

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return any items for a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

2. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@zyras.co.uk or call 07411 219340 to initiate a return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including any accessories or free gifts.

  3. Ship the Item: Send the package to the following address:

    • We are responsible for the cost of return shipping. (see Section 4)

     

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or faulty.

4. Free Exchange for Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at support@zyras.co.uk or 07411 219340.

  • We will provide a free exchange for the damaged item. In some cases, we may offer a refund instead.

  • We will also cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or faulty items.

5. Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process outlined above.

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the replacement product to you at no additional cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or faulty:

  • Opened or used hair care products (e.g., shampoos, conditioners, treatments).

  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.
